OK fellas, not to burst a bubble here is the latest news letter from mil.com, lets see if dipshit signs it.

COLA Bill Goes to the President
Week of November 21, 2011

The U.S. House of Representatives has passed the 2012 Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for veterans receiving compensation for service-connected disabilities. The COLA also affects the rates for military retirees, Social Security recipients, and the dependency and indemnity compensation for survivors of veterans who died as a result of service. Although Congress has passed a COLA every year for veterans since 1976, there has not been an increase in the rate since 2009. The 3.6% COLA increase will go into effect on December 1, 2011, once the legislation is signed into by law by the President.

Oh, I can guarantee Obama will sign it...he's hoping it will generate votes... If it weren't an election year he'd just veto it and go on as he has every year since he became president... I still can't understand how any veteran, or active military personal, or for that matter, anyone who actually works for a living and has an IQ above room temperature, could vote for that clown.

Seems to me that "Time" is merely an artificial concept, created by man, with which to hassel himself.
